How to organize a flag football offense?

There is 8 players, 4 WR, 1 Center, 1 QB, and 2 Blocking Backs,
What would be the best way to organize a disciplined offense? like note cards, qb sleeves, hand signals???

Have every player wear a QB sleeve with the plays and what that particular position does on

every play. This way, if you have to have a new player play a position they are unfamiliar with, you can still call your plays and they can look at their wristband.

For instance, if you have a player that has never played one of the WR spots, you could call a play, he could look at his wristband and for that play it might say “post” and he knows to run a post.

This way you can avoid being handcuffed on playcalling due to injuries or other absences.
